Compensation reflects senior-market rates for North American consulting talent, with base ranges of $145,000 to $215,000 depending on role and specialization, plus utilization-linked bonuses, full health and dental coverage, a 4% 401(k) match, and an annual learning budget of $5,000 that consultants direct toward certifications, conferences, or coursework of their choosing.

Our engagements span healthcare, financial services, government, and life sciences, so consultants who enjoy substantive technical problems inside meaningful compliance constraints tend to thrive here. We deliberately do not operate an offshore body-shop model, which means our consultants are never asked to review, correct, or babysit junior work produced under time-zone handoffs. Every consultant owns their engagement end-to-end, from scoping through delivery through knowledge transfer, and is trusted to shape statements of work rather than execute against templates drafted by a sales team.

Travel is optional and rarely required, typically limited to kickoff workshops or on-site cutover weekends when a client specifically requests presence.
